“Photography is the art of frozen time… the ability to store emotion and feelings within a frame.”

Meet the Photographer!

Welcome friends! I’m Alisha. I’m a 21 year old, slightly dramatic, southern girl that has a passion for photography.  I am privileged to call the beautiful Cumberland Plateau in central Tennessee home, more specifically, the town of Crossville. I was born and raised here, so this is totally home.

That being said, I LOVE to travel! If travel was free, I’d never be home! I’ve been to Mexico, Canada, Ukraine, and Romania. I’ve also been to lots of places here in the States, but it would take a long time to list all the places. So if you are wanting a photographer more than willing to travel, I’m ready to go!

I split my time between running my fried business, working part time at the local bulk foods store, and cleaning. And also taking pictures!

Some of my favorite things are spending time with my family and friends, including my niece and nephews. Reading a good book, drinking a good cup of coffee or black tea, or spending time out in nature are also some of my favorite ways to spend my free time.

It’s more than just pretty photos. It’s capturing memories and freezing time for years to come…

I would love the honor of freezing time and memories and feelings for you on your special day. I believe each wedding day is special and unique and I want to capture your day in a way that reflects you and your personality.

I love all the feelings of a wedding day! The tears, the laughter, the quiet moments, the important parts, seeing your guests reactions. And after watching my older siblings get married, it’s so much fun reliving their days through their photos! I would love to provide that same experience for you. I want you to look at your photos from your day and remember how it felt the first time you saw each other. That “just married” feeling. The bittersweet feeling when giving your dad a hug during family formals. I’d love to capture it all. I want you to be able to show your grandchildren your photos and give them a glimpse of what your day felt like.

…because every picture tells a story!

I take a combination of approaches for your day. Parts of the day (bridal party, family, etc) I take charge so we don’t get behind. Other parts of the day I step back and capture what is happening. I will also direct you into natural poses during portrait time. I’ll guide you through it all so you can relax and enjoy your day like you should!
